Former employee. While working here for about 14 months , Management was very unprofessional, unsupportive, and very absent. During my short period of employment I had 5 supervisors. I do NOT recommend sending your loved ones here. Clients sit around bored all day. They have immediate family members working as supervisors directly under the CEO. (Mom and daughter which is very inappropriate) They’re slogan says “empowering people of all abilities,” yet I have saw the most discrimination here that I have ever witnessed. Very toxic working environment, would NOT recommend!
